Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated automatically. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll only pay the difference for the remaining days. If you downgrade, you'll receive a credit applied to your next invoice.

Our AI creates multiple distinct visual angles (people/action, environment/setting, product/result). You can review, approve, or regenerate any image. First regeneration per image is free, subsequent regenerations are $0.50 each.
You can also upload your own images if you prefer.
No problem! Each image slot can be regenerated with a fresh AI-generated image. The first regeneration for each image is completely free. If you want to regenerate again after that, it's only $0.50 per regeneration. You can regenerate as many times as needed until you're happy with the result. Alternatively, you can upload your own images at any time.
No refunds. Once you join a subscription tier and utilize the platform (send a release, access journalist CRM, use any features), all payments are final. You get what you pay for - premium distribution, AI optimization, and access to 6,000 outlets. Choose your tier carefully.
Distribution speed varies by outlet tier and availability. Premium wire services may distribute within hours when available. Long-tail outlets and free networks distribute within 24-48 hours. We prioritize speed for breaking news and time-sensitive announcements. Distribution times are not guaranteed.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Yes! While images significantly improve engagement and distribution reach, you can opt out of image generation and publish text-only press releases. However, we strongly recommend including at least one professional image for better media pickup and reader engagement.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain full access until then. No cancellation fees. However, remember that no refunds are provided for unused time or features in your current billing cycle.
